The article investigates the problem of development of the public sector of the economy in theconditions of innovative changes in the socio-economic and institutional environment. The meaning and meaning of IDEFO methodology on institutional provision of the public sector and its functions are revealed. Emphasizes the roleof financing the public sector and identifying its sources, which leads to the implementation of certain models of socialdevelopment.References
