Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of generation of product strategy in авиапромышленной industry, determined the mechanisms of innovative development of aircraft-building industry. Considered the conceptual apparatus of the «strategic planning in the aviation industry». Considered the specific features of the control system авіапромисловим complex, certain tools of development of key competences and technologies of management of the aircraft manufacturing complex. In the article we introduce the concept of the product's marketing strategy in the civil aviation and ways of increasing competitiveness of sectors of the aviation industry.
