The article is devoted the problem of international relations between the USA and Cuba. The combined harm which the blockade of the USA inflicted the economy of Cuba is determined, and in particular of civil aviation of this country for the last 5 decades. Estimated as measures of blockade are violated by main international conventions and norms of right in the field of aviation.References
