In this article the author analyzed main distinctive features of the gambling business regulation. The article contains: classification of the property forms of the gambling institutions, types of gambling games in Germany, legislative basis and controlling functions of the German regulation model, overview of the tax regime, analysis of the latest tendencies and changes in the sphere of gambling business regulation in Germany, possible scenarios of future gambling business development.References
