Abstract

 The current practice of new ecological incentives implementation into the process of biodiversity saving and sustainable use of natural resources is a matter of concern in this article, that is dedicated to the determination of priorities and institutional needs, of the research and realization of new social, economic and juridical stimuli for the sustainable, ecologically-balanced development in Ukraine.
