Abstract

This article considers the main ways of improving the reliability and durability of small-size electromagnetic valves. Major changes in the technical state of the valve components under dynamic operating loads were revealed using the results of resource tests of two-position valves with polarized electromagnetic actuator. An
effective way for reducing the dynamic loads has proved to be the introduction of the damping element into the kinematic scheme of the electromagnetic valve actuator. Damping elements efficiency in reducing dynamic loads has been confirmed experimentally.
