The impact of the human factor on risks, including psychological aspects, is considered. With the help of hypothetical scenarios, potential threats and ways to minimize risks are highlighted. The importance of integrating advanced safety management systems (SMS), training programs such as Crew Resource Management (CRM), and data analytics is discussed.
