Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні теорії, що пояснюють особливості формування постіндустріального (інформаційного) суспільства ХХІ століття, виокремлено його позитивні та негативні наслідки. Досліджено економічні передумови виникнення міжнародного цифрового розриву як одного з негативних аспектів формування глобального інформаційного суспільства, обґрунтовано його глибинну природу та необхідність комплексного підходу до його подолання.References
