The integration of technology in preschool classrooms has become a prominent topic in early childhood education, sparking diverse opinions among educators. This study explores preschool teachers' perspectives on the use of technology in early learning environments, focusing on its benefits, challenges, and implications for teaching practices and child development. Data were collected through interviews with teachers from diverse educational settings. This study is a qualitative one. 10 preschool teachers participated in the study. The findings reveal that while many educators acknowledge technology's potential to enhance learning experiences, particularly in fostering digital literacy and interactive engagement, concerns persist regarding screen time, developmental appropriateness, and the potential for reduced hands-on and social interactions. The study underscores the necessity of developing thoughtful strategies and policies that align technology use with developmental goals, ensuring its role as a supportive, rather than dominant, component of preschool education.

This article explores the concept of mosaic thinking - a cognitive style characterized by fragmented, non-linear information processing and synthesis of diverse perspectives - as a potential factor contributing to student disengagement in traditional educational settings. Drawing on empirical data from a study conducted at the State University «Kyiv Aviation Institute» (Ukraine) and Alfred Nobel University (Dnipro, Ukraine), which revealed that only 36% of students exhibit mosaic thinking (with over half at a low level), the paper argues that the mismatch between this cognitive style and conventional pedagogical values rooted in pre-digital education exacerbates motivation loss. By contextualizing mosaic thinking within the broader framework of student engagement factors, the study challenges assumptions about its universality and underscores its role as a destabilizing force in modern classrooms.

The article reveals the views and practical experience of the authors regarding the use of 3D modeling technologies in the training of military specialists. Sukhomlynsky State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine «Information and Analytical Support of Psychological Science in the War and Post-War Periods of Ukraine», examines the psychological and pedagogical principles of the educational process in higher education institutions during the war period in Ukraine, the influence of the war period on the development of the personality of a higher education student. It is noted that a higher education student is transformed not only under the influence of war, digital technologies, but also due to the absence of many «peaceful» things. The types of landscapes of personal transformations are presented and explained in relation to the activities of students; it is emphasized that without the organization of psychological support it is impossible to carry out the educational process in the realities of today.

The concept of «annotation» is explored in the article from two aspects and positions - as an important, but secondary element within the framework of scientific work, and as an integral attribute of journalistic activity in the process of collecting, processing and preparing for publication of an information product. Through the prism of genreology, an attempt is made to trace and match the processes of design and transmission of the content of the text (statement) in order to obtain initial information about some scientific work or orientation and attract the attention of the audience (consumer) to the central information moments in journalism. The criteria for dividing and classifying annotation into different types are analyzed, their structure is considered, and the phased cycles of annotation when creating written works based on the text are studied. Based on these factors, it becomes possible to select and assess the importance/necessity of the material under consideration, and the acquired complex skills and abilities for working with any arrays of information are applied. This is of great importance for students of any educational profile and direction in general, and for representatives of the mass media in particular. It is noted that the methodology of effective information extraction and its isolation from the text really resembles the real search for information in both science and journalism. In accordance with the general educational need, the idea of returning the educational component "Annotation" to the educational process, at least at the level of an elective, has been put forward.
