One of the necessary conditions for the formation of readiness for professional activity of foreigners-future engineers of the aviation industry is the successful implementation of their individual educational trajectory. Its peculiarity lies in the formation of students not only professional skills and qualities (Hard Skills), but also social or Soft Skills.
