(1951) закінчив Одеський політехнічний інститут (1973). Кандидат технічних наук, професор Національного авіаційного університету. Заступник міністра Міністерства промислової політики України. Напрям наукової діяльності – підвищення надійності радіоелектронних виробів та пристроїв у системах приладобудування.
