Abstract

The analysis of modern weather information services for aviation users is made as well as
analysis of modern systems for data obtaining and dissemination from the point of view of
possibility to implement and use the Global Network of information obtaining and dissemination.
The prospective directions of engineering means development to increase reliability and
informativity of the weather data along flight route for Global Network for information obtaining
and dissemination effective implementation and operation are marked out; The possible structural
diagram of the Global Network focusing on the aircrafts as dynamic elements for weather data
obtaining and dissemination with possibility for target and selective use of information is developed
and shown
