Abstract

Accumulation of heavy metals by high plants of artificial canals of Desnyanskiy district in Kyiv was considered. Cleansing ability of different types of submerged and air-water vegetation was compared. Types of plants improving sanitary conditions of reservoirs in urban sites were determined.
