On possibility to use polarimetric radar parameters for wind characteristic determination

Wind influence on hydrometeor shape and motion parameters is studied. Possibility to determine wind characteristics with onboard polarimetric radar is shown. Wind characteristics are determined as medium reaction on wind impact.
