During a crisis, special attention is paid to efficiency and minimization of costs in fly realization. There are several principal ways to reduce the consumption of aviation fuel by engines. One of the most actual is reducing the turbulent friction drag of streamlined surface.

Every respectable state which obtains the space branches of science and technology must have the space launching site. But Ukraine has not yet got such constructions. Naturally it is necessary to have such space launching site for being independent in cosmic exploration. This scientific project is proposed and initiated to solve the practically important problem of absence of the space launching site in our country.

The textural appearance of many real-world materials is not static, but changes over time. If such change is spatially and temporally homogeneous, these materials can be represented by means of dynamic textures. Dynamic textures modelling is a challenging problem that can improve the quality of computer graphics applications. During the recent years, a novel hybrid method for dynamic colour textures modelling was developed.

The last years brought substantial changes in solutions of problem of access defence to the resources of corporate network. Yet quite recently it was possible to provide security of the information systems with the high degree of reliability by such traditional measures as authentication and authentification, access differentiation, encryption, et cetera. However, with introduction and development of the open computer networks the situation changed sharply.

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) provide a way to bridge the gap between the physical and the virtual worlds. They promise unprecedented abilities to observe and understand large-scale, real-world phenomena at a fine spatial-temporal resolution. Their application in developing countries is even more interesting: they can help solve problems that affect communities. The number of potential applications in such an environment is huge: water monitoring and crop modeling are just two examples.
