Abstract

In the current year, the source database on the provision of the educational process from the administrative and legal disciplines has been enlarged with an edition in which the institution of promotion in the service law of Ukraine is systematically reviewed for the first time. The manual became a logical continuation of the ZNU-initiated lighting in the training literature of the institutes of service law. The previous work of this series was devoted to the disciplinary responsibility of civil servants and officials of local self-government bodies and received positive assessments in the sphere of higher legal education. Administrative and legal encouragement is provided by the authors of this work as an integral part of the right of public service, highlighting the specifics of the use of incentives of various categories of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state and local governments in Ukraine.
