Abstract

The article examines the role and significance of innovative educational technologies in the professional training of management specialists under the conditions of globalization, digitalization of the economy, environmental turbulence, and military challenges. It is substantiated that modern higher education systems must focus not only on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge but also on the development of practical skills, digital and managerial competencies, critical thinking, innovativeness, and the ability to work effectively in teams. The purpose of the study is to identify the opportunities and directions for adapting innovative educational technologies in the training process of management specialists, taking into account European experience. The research clarifies the essence of innovative educational technologies and analyzes key approaches to their implementation in the countries of the European Union, including dual education, project-based learning, case and problem-based learning, as well as the use of digital platforms and online learning environments. The advantages of implementing European educational practices into the national higher education system are identified, such as improving the quality of education, harmonizing educational standards with European requirements, developing digital competencies, and enhancing graduates’ competitiveness in the labor market. At the same time, the study outlines the main limitations of their implementation, including insufficient material and technical resources, financial and regulatory constraints, unequal access to digital tools, and the risk of formal adoption of European experience without proper consideration of national educational traditions. The article substantiates strategic directions for enhancing the competency potential of managers through the modernization of educational programs, the development of digital infrastructure, the use of big data analytics and artificial intelligence, and the implementation of personalized and practice-oriented learning. It is concluded that the adaptation of innovative educational technologies is a key prerequisite for the formation of competitive human capital and the sustainable socio-economic development of enterprises and society as a whole.
