Models aggregation in electronic devices computer-aided systems

Abstract


The paper deals with problems of aggregation of electronic device models in computer-aided design systems. Solution of this problem provides effective implementation of procedures of parametrical synthesis and analysis. The general approach to mathematical description of aggregated models of electronic devices is represented. The ways to estimate adequacy of the represented aggregated models are given. The concept of the region of adequacy for the studied devices is defined
