Abstract

This article examines the population's need for affordable housing in small settlements. It is clear that this problem remains relevant at this time and in the coming years. It was found that a large percentage of skilled workers live in small settlements and unfortunately need affordable housing and jobs, which is the reason for the migration of young people to large cities. It founding that for the sustainable development of small settlements it is necessary to analyze and take into account the needs and desires of the population for affordable housing in small settlements. This trend housing is to develop the most comfortable affordable housing.

The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the architectural and planning organization of affordable housing in small settlements. The international and national experience is analyzing, the differences in the architectural and planning organization of affordable housing revealing, the need for such housing in small settlements is substantiating. The article considers the features of the architectural and planning organization of affordable housing in small settlements, and options for reducing the cost of construction. The concept of sustainable development in small settlements and the involvement of qualified personnel who will be able to purchase affordable housing is analyzing. The features of affordable housing in small settlements, which directly affect the design of such housing, and the maximum satisfaction of the needs of future residents are identifying and analyzing.
