The development of astrometry in observatories of Ukraine in XIX century

Abstract

The survey of the activities in astrometry in Kiev, Kharkiv, Odessa, Nikolaev (Marine) observatories in XIX century is given. The most actual directions of astrometrical researches in Ukraine in context of programs, which conducted in the world are represented. Role of the Southern Department of Pulkovo observatory in formation of Pulkovo absolute catalogues of stars, which form a foundation of the main fundamental systems of that time, is given.
