This article describes the problems of the modern approach to technology in the context of blended learning in out-of-school educational institutions. The events taking place in our country with the advent of the global pandemic and the onset of a full-scale invasion have set new challenges for teachers: to increase their level of knowledge of competencies in learning tools, their level of IT literacy and their ability to organize self-education activities. This recommendation is based on my own teaching experience.
